Western Arthur Traverse
This 11 day walk traverses Tasmania’s most rugged mountain range – The Western Arthur’s.
We walk its amazing skyline, clambering up and over dramatic peaks and past numerous pristine lakes and tarns.
Walkers will need to have a lot of bush walking experience and need to be fit to tackle this 75.4 km circuit. The range can be subject to extreme weather conditions, even in the best of summer months.
Nonetheless this walk is absolutely spectacular and it is a natural progression from the likes of The South Coast Track.
